So the famous Carrie Prejean Sex Tape has now been acquired by Vivid Entertainment.

TMZ.com is saying that (why does TMZ get the first scoop compared to other news sites out there??? ), a company called Vivid Entertainment, who also did the whole Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton sex tapes is stating that they have the legal rights for a copy of the Carrie Prejean sex tape and they are going to release it

(ooh that is good for those people obsessed with seeing it...yuck)

anyways, before they make the tapes public, they need to have Prejean to okay it (we doubt that she will)
