not that the world is sick of hearing about it....

PEOPLE Magazine is reporting that Jon Gosselin’s former girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, will take the stand because of a breach of contract case against him. She has no choice.

Anyways, Hailey has been subpoenaed by TLC to testify against Jon and Kate Plus 8 's Jon Gosselin who is being sued by TLC.

over a series of unauthorized interviews he gave to press,etc.. about Kate Gosselin. Michael Lohan will also take the stand. (Linday Lohan would be proud.... yes kidding on that part.)

“The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements. Those efforts have been unsuccessful,” the network said in a statement last month.
